Amanda Webb Furlow
Founder, Design AF
Amanda launched Design AF in 2020, transforming a lifelong dream into a powerhouse design firm renowned for creating bold, sophisticated spaces that blend timeless elegance with modern functionality. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from the University of Tennessee and a sharp eye for style, Amanda brings precision, creativity, and a global perspective to every project. Her love for travel, culture, and luxury shines through in designs that exude confidence and individuality.
From luxury penthouses to boutique hotels, Amanda doesn’t just design spaces – she transforms them into experiences that inspire and empower.
Charity Honeycutt
VP of Design
Charity brings creativity, heart, and leadership to her role as VP of Design at Design AF. She leads a range of interior and renovation projects while managing The Design Center, a collaborative space for designers, clients, and community members.
A proud University of Tennessee alum and former Lady Vol athlete, Charity carries that same drive and team spirit into her design work. With a background in event production and design that spans projects for HGTV and beyond, her Mid-Century Modern Eclectic style blends structure with soul. Known for her warm personality and hands-on approach, she believes great design should tell a story and make people feel at home, all while staying grounded in her love for creativity and community.
Whitney Overbay
Director of Finance and Operations
Born and raised in Knoxville, Whitney brings over 20 years of finance experience and a natural gift for organization to her role as Operations Manager at Design AF. A proud University of Tennessee alum with a degree in Business, she oversees the daily operations that keep the team running smoothly. Over time, Whitney has evolved to help out wherever she’s needed, bringing structure, efficiency, and a positive energy to every project.
She loves that her role allows her to explore her creative side, learning about design and seeing projects come to life from concept to completion. Her favorite design style is Grand Millennial, reflecting her appreciation for timeless charm with a modern twist.
Kiley Markowski
Brand Manager
Kiley joined Design AF in May 2025 and quickly became the creative force behind the brand’s marketing and events. As Brand Manager, she oversees social media, email marketing, brand collaborations, and vendor relationships, bringing energy and innovation to everything from PR campaigns to event planning.
Soon to be a proud University of Tennessee alum, Kiley is earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Known for her elegant, elevated-modern style (with a touch of glam), she loves that no two days at Design AF ever look the same. Surrounded by an inspiring team of women, Kiley brings a bright, creative spirit to every project and believes that great branding starts with genuine connection.
